Drafted & Designed was founded by author and graphic designer Victoria Kaer and fiction editor Rachel Turnage (Hallaris). 

Our goal is to utilize our combined skills to guide others through their creative endeavors. Whether you need assistance with editing, the writing process, or graphic design, we will provide you with the support you need.

A writer with an eye for design and a sense of humor to boot. Tori is a professional daydreamer, creator of fantasy worlds, and mother of a child who is ten times smarter than she will ever be.
